MASS CO — Refund & Return Policy

At MASS CO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 10-day return policy. You have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be in the same condition you received it

  • Include all original tags and packaging

  • Not have been improperly washed or cared for (see washing instructions below)

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Please note: returns must be requested first — items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Washing Instructions

To preserve the quality of your garment, especially with our DTF print, please follow these care guidelines:

  • Wash inside out to protect the print

  • Use a gentle cycle at a maximum of 20°C (hand wash recommended)

  • Use mild detergent and avoid bleach

  • Do not tumble dry — air dry only

  • Do not iron directly onto the print

If the garment is found to have been washed or cared for incorrectly, including print peeling or damage caused by improper washing, the item will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at masscoclothing@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care goods

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet all return conditions listed above.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without justification. Items must still meet all return eligibility conditions listed above.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or card providers may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at masscoclothing@gmail.com.
