Thank you for shopping with MASS CO. We aim to process and deliver all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.


PRE-ORDER NOTICE: All items are made to order. Please allow 4–6 weeks for your order to be dispatched and delivered. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this lead time.

Processing Times

All (PRE-ORDERS) are processed within 4-6 WEEKS.

Please note:

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • During high-demand periods, launches, or limited drops, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.


UK Shipping

Estimated delivery times within the United Kingdom:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.


International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide.

International delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing, but estimated delivery is typically:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.

  • MASS CO is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or courier disruptions.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

MASS CO is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping information

  • Lost parcels due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, MASS CO is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the courier claim process.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Items purchased during pre-orders or limited releases may have extended dispatch times. Estimated shipping dates will always be stated on the product page before purchase.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready.
